When booking or checking in, guests are asked to provide a telephone number or email address.

The CISA eSIGNO 2.0 lock can operate in “mobile” and “wireless” modes, providing an even more flexible and state-of-the art access control solution.

It works intuitively, simply by bringing the card close to the lock or via smartphone, without requiring the phone to be moved close to the lock.

The lock is powered by standard, off-the-shelf batteries which guarantee long life and ensure the lock remains fully functional, even in the event of a power failure.
