SECURiCARD

Keys can only be duplicated by CISA
Key duplication can be obtained at CISA RS5 centres upon presentation of your SECURiCARD,

SECURiCARD

Key duplicates at Red eXpert centers.
RX combines the performance of the RS5 cylinder with the convenience of express duplication upon presentation of your SECURiCARD directly in your area.

AuthentiCard

Keys can only be duplicated by CISA

Visit any authorised retailer with your AuthentiCard, and they will forward your request to CISA.

Security Card

Keys can only be duplicated by CISA Solution Partners upon presentation of your Security Card

Keys can only be duplicated by CISA.
Visit any retailer with your Security Card, and they will forward your request to CISA.
The same instructions also apply to AP3 key duplicates.

TEKNO iNOVATE and Astral TEKNO PRO

Keys can only be duplicated by CISA TEKNO Centres upon presentation of your Security Card.

Visit any retailer with your Security Card, and they will forward your request to CISA.

C3000 and C3000 S

Keys can only be duplicated by authorised centres upon presentation of your Security Card.

Keys can only be duplicated by CISA.
Visit any retailer with your Security Card, and they will forward your request to CISA.

Here are the instructions to follow when you want to request a duplicate.  If you have lost your SECURiCARD or Security Card consult the FAQ.

RS5 or RX duplicates

In-person request (option 1)

  1. visit an RS5 or Red eXpert Center
  2. show your SECURiCARD
  3. your duplicate request is forwarded to CISA (RS5) or handled by Red eXpert (RX)
  4. collect your duplicate

Digital request (option 2)

  1. activate your SECURiCARD account
  2. create a duplicate request ticket and send it directly to an RS5/Red eXpert Center or delegate someone you trust
  3. your duplicate request is forwarded to CISA (RS5) or handled by Red eXpert (RX)
  4. collect your duplicate

Duplicate notification via email/text message

You will receive notification of your duplicate request via e-mail and/or text message to the contact details you have entered in your SECURiCARD reserved area. This will allow you to keep track of all duplicate requests.

Duplication of other keys

If you are the owner of an RS3 S, AP4 S, TEKNO iNOVATE, Astral TEKNO PRO or C3000 key, follow the steps below.

In-person request

Visit an authorised CISA center to start the duplication process.

Show your Security Card

Show your Security Card, without which the duplicate cannot be processed.

 

Duplicate and collect

Your duplicate request is handled by the authorised Center or forwarded to CISA. Collect the duplicate as soon as possible.
