After submitting your request, you will receive an email containing a PDF version of the logo authorization form.

You must return the printed and countersigned PDF via PEC (Certified Email).

Authorization to use CISA logo/trademark

When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself. Fill out the form in all its parts to start the procedure to obtain authorization for using our logo and images. In particular, provide as much information as possible on the use you intend to make of the logo (advertising, website, social media, etc.). Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an email with the PDF version of the logo authorization model. You will need to return the printed and countersigned PDF via mail.
