CISA introduces TEKNO iNOVATE, a new range of high-security cylinders that brings together technological innovation, patented protection and controlled key duplication to help ensure everyday security for people, homes and workplaces. The result of an intensive research and development programme, TEKNO iNOVATE features a new mechanical patent valid until 2044, a modular platform enabling customised cylinder assembly directly at CISA TEKNO Centers, and an iconic key design, protected by four distinct industrial property rights.

Key duplication is possible exclusively upon presentation of the owner’s Security Card at authorised TEKNO Centers, CISA’s network of qualified partners that ensures secure, certified and traceable copies.
TEKNO iNOVATE also assures backward compatibility with previous versions – Astral Tekno and Astral Tekno PRO – preserving and enhancing the work already carried out by CISA’s partners.
In addition to key protection, the TEKNO iNOVATE cylinder integrates advanced solutions against bumping, picking, drilling and decoding tools, including so-called Topolino-type devices, as well as anti-snap protection with sacrificial snap point and an extraction-resistant fixing screw.
The modular platform enables customised configurations, allowing the entire cylinder range to be managed with a reduced number of components, while optimising installation times and warehouse operations. With over 1.6 million possible combinations and master key systems of more than 63,000 cylinders per key, the cylinder offers a high degree of flexibility, effectively meeting the needs of end users.
