CISA marked its 100-year anniversary with an event dedicated to the people whose work has contributed—and continues to contribute—to the company’s growth and the trust it has built with its customers.
The day’s programme highlighted a story shaped by strong relationships, product innovation and a shared sense of belonging.
“Opening the next 100” is more than a slogan. It reflects CISA’s commitment to opening up new horizons and possibilities together, by listening to its people and customers.
Held at Casa Spadoni, the event revisited the key milestones in the company’s history, which began in 1926 with an idea by Luigi Bucci, inventor of the first electrically operated lock. The celebration also highlighted the Bucci family’s and CISA’s longstanding ties with Faenza, where the company has been based since 1948.
Celebrating 100 years means paying tribute to the people at our Faenza and Monsampolo del Tronto sites who made this milestone possible. It also means thanking the customers who have placed their trust in us, as well as those who will do so in the future. Generations of women and men have turned their expertise, ideas and passion into solutions that protect people and places. This legacy is the foundation on which we can build the next chapter of our story, together.
As a tangible reminder of the day, CISA gave participants a memory to keep, share and listen to. Each guest received a collectible postcard from Poste Italiane featuring the commemorative stamp issued by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy to mark CISA’s centenary. During the event, a special postmark created for the occasion was also available, thanks to the collaboration with Poste Italiane.
To create a shared memento, each guest signed a red sphere and added it to those of their colleagues. Together, the spheres formed a collective installation symbolising the strength of individual contributions when they become part of a common endeavour.
A playlist of 100 iconic songs from the past century captured the mood of the day and remains available to participants through a dedicated QR code.
The day also provided an opportunity to celebrate significant work anniversaries and recognize those who have supported the company’s journey over the years. Additionally, employees watched and participated in an improv performance by the Patatrac trio. CISA would like to thank everyone who contributed to the success of the event and all those who
