The SECURiCARD allows you to view your transaction history, receive SMS/e-mail notifications of all key duplicates, activate an OTP code to add an extra layer of security to key duplication, and complete a digital duplication request (Ticket).

OPERATIONS CHECK
You will find the operations history online: duplication requests, keys supplied and changes to contact details.
DUPLICATE NOTIFICATION SERVICE
Notification will be sent by email and text message every time a duplication request is made for RS5 or RX keys.
OTP CODE
Make the duplication procedure even more secure: activate the OTP option.
TWO-STEP VERIFICATION
Present your SECURiCARD at the authorised CISA Center and provide the OTP code that you will receive on the spot.
DIGITAL REQUEST
Generate a duplication request (Ticket) from your account and send it directly to the authorised CISA Center.
TICKET VALIDITY
The Ticket is valid for one request only and will be cancelled after its use or expiry.
EXTENSIVE NETWORK
Find your nearest authorised CISA center, where you can have your RS5 and RSX keys duplicated.
You can only request your RS5 or RX key at an authorised CISA Center by presenting the SECURiCARD that came with the key.
Duplicate requests must be made at authorised CISA RS5 centers, and key duplicates can only be produced by CISA.
Present your SECURiCARD to any Red eXpert Center, the only ones authorised to duplicate keys in store using the new radial technology.
